Family Planning is currently hiring a Client Service Representatives to work in our Client Contact Centre based in Hamilton.

This role offers 20 hours per week worked across Monday & Tuesday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm.

As a Family Planning Client Service Representative, you would be responsible for answering all incoming calls to Family Planning.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients wanting to access our services and make an appointment.

You will be expected to uphold client confidentiality and provide a high level of customer service at all times. You also be provided information about our services and directing calls to other areas of Family Planning.

We are looking for a team player who is reliable, punctual and adaptable to rapid change. It is essential that you are empathetic, non-judgemental and display a high level of integrity.

In addition you will ideally have:

  • A minimum of one year's experience within a contact centre or customer service role.
  • Excellent keyboard and computer skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Well developed communication skills and excellent phone manner.
