L1 Support Engineer with good SQL experience.

Responsibilities

  • Administering and maintaining a range of systems and networks across a large client portfolio.
  • Supporting L1 engineers for escalated IT issues within the Service Desk in a timely and professional manner
  • Answering calls and driving firsttime resolution on the Service Desk whilst contributing to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and the adoption of new technologies.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Must be good with SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to provide outstanding client service. A team player who is reliable.

Job Types:
Fixed term contract, Subcontract

Contract length: 6 months

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • SQL: 4 years (required)
