What will the role involve?

  • Develop and execute Tuatahi's communications strategy for both internal and external audiences, contributing to the overall achievement of Tuatahi objectives
  • Accountable for telling our stories, internally and externally
  • Work collaboratively and support teams across the business with effective communications
  • Strengthen Tuatahi's reputation with stakeholders by developing and delivering effective communications
  • Own and direct internal communication channels to cultivate a positive company culture and maintain high employee engagement
  • Play a key role as a member of the team during any event where Tuatahi's brand reputation may be under threat

What will you need to bring with you?
Along with your relationship management skills and ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross functional teams and senior executives, you will also have:

  • A degree and intermediate experience in Communications or Journalism (or equivalent), and a keenness to stay up to date with the latest communication trends and best practices
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective communication strategies, with a proven track record of achieving desired outcomes
  • Indepth knowledge and experience of both traditional and digital communication channels, including social media platforms
  • Familiarity with PR and media practices, as well as experience working with external agencies
