The role:

As a Drainage Leading Hand, you will play a pivotal role in supporting construction projects, ensuring high-quality standards, and fostering a safe, collaborative work environment within your specialized field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and oversee site vehicles, plant, and equipment related to drainage projects.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to site personnel within the drainage field.
  • Manage work site requirements efficiently.
  • Assist supervisors with resource planning.
  • Conduct quality control checks.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and management, representing the company's standards in drainage.

About You:

  • Health & Safety Focused. Actively champion safety as the top priority on site
  • Excellent time management. Driving timely completion of tasks
  • Problem-solving skills, a solution-focused mindset, and a positive attitude are essential attributes for success in this role
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
