Office and Administrative Support Worker

The opportunity on offer is to take charge of our Accounts Payable function. You would be part of an experienced and supportive team and be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package
All about You
You will contribute to the following key functions:
- Accounts Payable
- receiving and processing of invoices, ensuring approval and matching to PO's, reconciling supplier statements and preparing periodic payment runs.
- Backup and support for other Finance functions as required
- Providing periodic reporting from the Finance system to various areas of the business.
You will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven Accounts Payable experience
- A good understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Excellent Excel skills
- High accuracy and speed with data entry
- The ability to work within tight timeframes
