The Opportunity:


We are currently seeking an Accounts Administrator on a fixed term basis (until the end of February 2024) whilst we move to a digitised accounts payable solution.

This is a rare opportunity to work in a close-knit Finance team, reporting to our Accounts Payable Lead.

In this role you will need to quickly upskill to ensure you can competently undertake all tasks to allow release time for our AP lead who will be implementing the digital AP solution.

This will involve a high volume of manual data entry so speed and accuracy are essential to meet monthly deadlines.

This role will also contribute to the project work, so learning new systems should come easily to you. When not working in AP you will be assisting with patient invoicing, and leave cover in the finance team.

This role requires an individual with superior data entry skills, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and an ability to work autonomously and confidently to solve problems

To be successful in this role:

  • You will have experience working in a high-volume data entry role
  • You will have some prior experience in financial administration, i.e. accounts payable or receivable, payroll administration or other financial administration experience;
  • A strong eye for detail, with the ability to work quickly, maintaining a high level of accuracy;
  • Strong computer literacy and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills;
  • You will be a team player willing to participate and contribute to a positive team culture and working environment;
  • You will be willing to work across a variety of tasks
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand
