Currently we're looking for an exceptional and professional Administration Assistant who will provide high quality secretarial and administrative services, supporting some of the Leadership Team members.
This role will assist with tasks such as diary management, coordination of meetings, events and functions, organising and managing corporate travel arrangements, taking meeting minutes, maintaining electronic filing and document management, and other ad hoc admin requests as and when required.
To thrive in this role at Rabobank New Zealand, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position with an administrative focus in a professional or corporate environment.
Interest in and knowledge of the rural and finance/banking sector would be highly desirable as well as an administration qualification.
You easily build rapport, take initiative and get things done.You have a cooperative working style with a can do attitude, and you pride yourself in being a process driven, natural organiser.
