About the Role
The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the day-today operational delivery (technical and service) your customers.

Providing service delivery governance, technical leadership and oversight within Datacom and acting as an escalation point for our customer and any operational issues, you will work alongside our customer, ensuring our technology is applied in the most efficient way.

What you'll do
As Technical Delivery Manager you are accountable for, but not limited to:

  • Building outstanding relationships with our Customers and our Datacom delivery teams
  • Innovative thinking and leadership a passion for new ideas and technology
  • Technical leadership, working with Datacom delivery teams to ensure systems and support are running smoothly and meet our customers' business outcomes
  • All aspects of service delivery management, service review meetings and actively seeking out in continuous improvement efficiencies
  • Acting in a leadership role for team Incident Management and Major Incident Management processes and the restoration of service for high priority/impact Incidents and escalations
  • Providing strong technical leadership, ensuring that agreed service levels are met and all relevant procedures are adhered to
  • Acting in a leadership role across Problem Management and Change governance processes
What you'll bring
You will need to be able to obtain NZSIS Clearance for this position

You will be passionate about driving outcomes and contributing to the success of our customer and internal teams and have strong service delivery, time and priority management skills.

You will have worked in an IT managed service environment and will have experience managing critical and complex customer situations or incidents and love being part of a great team
You will be able to effectively work in a dynamic and changing environment, balancing competing priorities. You will have a customer centric approach, strong leadership skills and the confidence to engage at multiple levels.
Please note that you must be willing to be on call 24 x 7 as part of a roster.
