ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Conference Centre Coordinator to join our team at the Auckland Conference Centre, a premiere venue for hosting conferences, seminars, workshops, and other events.
You will be responsible for managing the client relationships, operational requirements, and event functions of the conference centre.Key Responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer enquiries and bookings
- Coordinating and managing food orders and catering services
- Managing the smooth running of AV
- Assisting in event preparation, delivery, and cleanup
- Working with the Conference Centre Manager to maximise occupancy and profitability
ABOUT YOU
You will be a highly organised, multi-tasker who is passionate about delivering exceptional services to clients.
Along with your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, you will help maximise occupancy of our high-quality Conference Centre.
What else you will bring:
- Experience in corporate hospitality
- Proficiency in AV, hybrids events, Microsoft products and booking systems
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to solve problems, pay attention to detail, and handle pressure
