**THE ROLE**

As Back of House Supervisor, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that all operational and administrative tasks are completed accordingly, while also supporting the Floor Team Members to achieve overall duties and responsibilities.

As a Back of House Supervisor, you are responsible for, but not limited to:

- Oversee daily and weekly tasks including reporting, handling deliveries, maintaining order and tidiness of back of house area, avoiding damage and preventing stock loss
- Manage Back of House Assistants, ensuring all KPIs are met, stock levels are replenished, and products are priced and tagged correctly
- Plan and manage stock deliveries, ensuring that deadlines are adhered to meet time frames
- Effectively manage stock levels by department, brand, and style
- Coordinate Stock Take with the Store Manager, Profit Protection and Back of House Team
- Ensure Back of House standards are maintained in line with company expectations
- Work with your Store Manager to plan and prepare for high volume deliveries for key trading periods of the year, ensuring all Back of House operations are seamless

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position within retail or a like industry
- Experience working in a Back of House or Warehouse environment is favourable, but not essential
- Experience managing and coaching a team
- Maintains a positive can-do attitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word etc.
- Strong operational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Openly shares knowledge with the wider team to achieve common goals
- An ability to enthusiastically look at a challenge as an opportunity to develop yourself; your career and learn new skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills who thrives in social situations through engagement with customers
