About the role:

The Sales Executive will report into the Sales Manager and will be part of our collaborative team.

Our team are passionate about what we do, we take pride in all aspects of our business, and have fun along the way The role will be focused on establishing new business and managing relationships within Bunnings stores.


Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to service several Bunnings Warehouses across Wellington region. You are a self-starter with good business acumen and a knack for developing and maintaining new & existing relationships. You have a friendly personality and are keen to be part of a winning culture.

Your excellent communication skills will allow you to comfortably communicate with all levels of the business and our customer base alike.

You are enthusiastic, organised, reliable and hardworking. If you LOVE a fast-paced customer environment, building relationships, and making sales - We want to hear from you

What your day to day looks like:

  • Driving sales through building close relationships with Key decision makers within Bunnings.
  • Managing and supporting TTI's brand portfolio (Ryobi, AEG etc) in Bunnings stores, to achieve sales targets and KPI's set out by the business.
  • Engaging with consumers / end users at every opportunity, to ensure high levels of customer service and assisting in finding the right product for the right job.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity & the overall performance of the Bunnings stores within your territory.
  • Effectively managing, promoting, and selling products, to maximise brand exposure and taking market share.
  • Completion of product training courses, product functions and safety training.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • keen interest in tools desirable.
  • Well organised, selfmotivated, enthusiastic, and driven.
  • Ability to work autonomously, but ultimately a team player.
  • Interested in connecting with our customers daily and having fun while doing so
  • Current driver's licence.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office36
  • Experience using Salesforce is a bonus.
