We are currently recruiting for a new member to join our AA Autoglass team in Penrose.

An excellent opportunity exists for a Sales & Services Coordinator to join a flexible close-knit team in the growing New Zealand Business.


Working within a diverse and often fast-paced team environment, you will be responsible for taking customer enquiries and providing quotes, as well as creating jobs, ordering products, and allocating the job to our Automotive Glaziers.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the AA Auto Glass team's effort to achieve performance targets
  • Handling all customer enquiries and contacting individuals
  • Providing customers with quotes and product/service information
  • Maintaining relationships with Trade and Insurance customers
  • Maintaining relationships with AA glaziers and contractors
  • Coordinating nationwide job allocation
  • Ordering aftermarket and OEM glass and ensuring fitters have the correct glass for the job

Key Skills include:

  • Experience within the wider Automotive industry will be advantageous but not essential
  • Customer service background
  • A 'can do' attitude and calm nature
  • Excellent communication, listening, and reasoning skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Good at multitasking
