Who is an Early Career?

  • Anyone with a passion for technology (though not necessarily highly technical)
  • You will have recently completed a university degree or higher education certification or diploma
  • Be just getting started in your career journey with less then 12 months relevant professional experience

How will I be supported? The Talent Elevator
Your career at Datacom will kick off with the Talent Elevator Induction. We'll fly all of our Early Careers cohort to one location for a week of learning, connection and fun.

You'll get to know your peers, our leadership team and develop the core skills you'll need to get started in your role.

Throughout the 12 months of our programme you'll have access to mentors, ongoing support and career exploration.
About the team - Sales & Operations


An all-rounder that is interested in Tech, Sales and Business You'll be exposed to everything from Statement of work resourcing to event management.

Strong communication is a must.
What we're looking for

We are looking for Early Careers who are passionate about using technology to make a difference You don't have to have a technical degree as we have various roles across the business.

The most important thing for Datacom is your passion to learn; we can teach you the rest
For the team at Datacom regardless of the area of the business you join you must be;
