Are you a natural organiser with a keen eye for detail? Our Breast
Cancer team are on the hunt for a Database Coordinator to work on a fixed term
contract until July 2023.
Our Breast Cancer Register and Study Group, based at Christchurch
Hospital, is currently looking for a casual Database Coordinator to provide and
deliver electronic data coordination and general administrative support.

Cancer treatments and research This is an exciting role within General Surgery - s administration
team, if successful you will be a key member in the set up and maintenance of the
National Breast Cancer Register southern region and provide general administrative support to
the Breast Cancer teams.

A strong eye for detail and high level of accuracy with data entry
will be critical to your success in this role. You - ll know what it takes to
provide an excellent customer focussed service to our clients, both internal
and external, which will be supported by your superb oral and written
communication skills.
Essentials;

  • Data entry skills and keen eye for
detail

  • Extensive experience using
Microsoft Office (particularly excel)

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in administration and a
capable typist

  • Innovative and motivated mindset
  • Clear communication skills and
ability to work effectively in a team to problem solve Desirables;

  • Health related work experience
  • Familiarity with inhouse software
packages (PMS, Comrad, clair), although full training will be provided If you meet the above criteria, then we want to hear from you

This role is a fixed term position until July 2023 based at
Christchurch Hospital, hours will be equivalent to 0.6 FTE.
