Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

The Scheduling Services Team has an exciting opportunity for a Timetable Coordinator to join our bustling hub of specialists, providing excellent service to staff and students in all matters relating to timetabling and bookings.

Successful applicants will thrive on a wide variety of work, in an often fast-paced environment and be active problem-solvers.

In this role you will assist the Scheduling Services Manager with the optimisation of the University's centralised timetabling activities, systems, and processes.

You will be acting in a 2IC role within a close-knit team responsible for our database, data objects, coordinating the collection and subsequent manipulation of the course structure information from the faculties to build a student centric timetable.

You will be required to support the Scheduling Services Manager in producing reports regarding utilisation of resources, and optimisation opportunities across campus.

You will act as a first port of call for our Timetabling Support Officers, delegating day to day tasks. You will often work closely with departmental admins to support them with your expert knowledge of the timetable processes. There are ample opportunities to network outside of our team, developing close ties throughout UC's 7 Faculties.
