The Opportunity


We have an opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Subcontractor Co-ordinator to join the Fulton Hogan team in Christchurch based at our Hornby Office.


In this role, you'll see yourself responsible for overseeing and managing the Subcontractor database to ensure that our Subcontractors are meeting health, safety, quality, environmental and sustainability (HSQES) requirements of our business.


On a day-to-day basis you'll be managing the subcontractor register ensuring the appropriate contracts are in place, completing prequalification's, reporting on insurances / agreement renewals and assisting with subcontractor verification.


In addition to the above, you will be:

  • Liaising with project/site managers to ensure all subcontractors have current and appropriate agreements.
  • Ensuring all data relating to subcontractors is within date and meets the minimum requirements of our business
  • Coordinating and presenting at Subcontractor Engagements events.
  • The first point of call for all things related to subcontractors.
  • Supporting the safety team with subcontractor inspections.
  • General admin support as required.
