  • The Portfolio Manager is responsible for management of allocated real estate services and operations for account sites across New Zealand to ensure consistent and high level of service delivery. Reporting into the Alliance Director based in Auckland.

The Opportunity:

  • Responsible for financial management, reporting and planning.
  • Supported by the Finance team, the role will be involved in budgeting, forecasting, and planning tasks.
  • High focus on relationship management, creating and building on these relationships.
  • Close collaboration with facilities management teams and other functions of property team.
  • HSE management, ensuring site staff are inducted in policies.
  • Management of incidents across HSE.
  • Responsible for contractor and thirdparty maintenance.
**Your background: - Previous experience in facilities management, preferably in corporate environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management experience.
  • Leadership and people management experience is essential.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Great knowledge of financial terms and principles including the ability to conduct financial business analysis, review contracts and prepare reports.
  • Strong problem solver.
  • Driver's License is required, ability to travel on ad hoc basis.
