The TV Licensing business manages the distribution and licensing of television content across SVOD.

The role:


The objective of the Digital Specialist is to strengthen the capabilities of the Sales Operations team by providing end to end digital campaign management.

This is achieved by providing your dedicated portfolio with a service level that supports the Commercial priorities for achieving revenue targets.

You will manage and deliver digital campaigns that run across our various digital Warner Brothers Discovery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert for digital.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to manage digital campaigns from briefing, forecasting and booking through to complete post analysis ensuring campaigns perform to contracted expectations.
  • Creation and management of sales support documentation.
  • Work with Traffic, Pricing & Inventory, Marketing and other departments where required.
  • Manage both internal and external expectations in relation to creative elements including delivery and creation where needed.
  • Contribute to a positive culture that embodies the company values and lead by example.
  • Familiarity with the company health & safety policies and procedures.
  • Carry out your work safely and without endangering or causing harm to yourself, fellow staff members, contractors, customers, visitors or the general public.
  • Uphold the company values and expected behaviours in all undertakings related to your employment.
  • The Employee shall ensure they are familiar with the Employer's policies and procedures, and any modifications to those policies and procedures that may be introduced from time to time.
  • Carry out your work safely and without endangering or causing harm to yourself, fellow staff members, contractors, customers, visitors, or the general public.
  • The Company may, after fair and reasonable consultation, change your duties, from time to time, for commercial reasons but not so as to substantially change the nature of the position.

Qualities Required:

  • Be great at working to deadlines, and even better at adapting when things don't go to plan
  • Solid Microsoft Office and Google suite skills (Gmail, Sheets etc)
  • Exceptional and confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks at the same time, prioritizing projects & workload, while reaching a successful and timely outcome
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, committed to exceeding customer expectation and is able to listen and respond effectively
  • A diligent and trustworthy individual who displays energy, enthusiasm and a can do attitude
  • Strong work ethic, engaged and motivated to do a good job
  • Cool under pressure, acts rationally and positively when times are tough
