Trade Administrator

The Trade Admin role is at the heart of the Trade team and fully emersed in all aspects of the trades involvement in the business.

You will be tasks to support the Trade Representatives and Trade Manager to ensure we have trade capacity and contractual obligations to Kainga Ora across our entire region within all trade types.

The role will require you to utilise exceptional customer service and administration abilities to build strong trade relationships.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The administration of the onboarding of companies and workers
  • Completing Ministry of Justice Checks
  • Actively utilising Salesforce to complete and assign tasks along with accurate data imputing.
  • Creating Trade information packs which involves binding and document creation.
  • Creating content and producing Biweekly Trade Newsletters
  • Monthly reports for Kainga Ora with data tables and graphs

Requirements:

  • Minimum m of 3 years administration experience
  • Proficient within Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Salesforce an advantage
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at any one time and re prioritise according to urgency.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and self manage while working in a team
This role is a fixed term position until the end of December 2024.
