We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrators to join our AP Shared Services Team.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for accurately and efficiently processing all accounts payable transactions within the Mitre 10 Cooperative. Your commitment to following procedures and guidelines will ensure the timely payment of accounts, contributing to the overall financial health and reputation of our cooperative.

**What You'll Deliver**:

- ** Accurate and Timely Invoice Processing**: Receive, review, and process invoices with precision. You will expertly match invoices with purchase orders, ensuring proper authorization and documentation for payment, while adeptly resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
- ** Payment Processing**: Your attention to detail will be crucial as you prepare and process payments, adhering to payment terms and schedules to avoid late fees and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- ** Account Reconciliation**: You'll skillfully reconcile statements, identify and resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of payables. Periodic analysis will be conducted to address any outstanding balances or discrepancies.
- ** Financial Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of cyclic financial reports related to accounts payable, providing valuable support during audits and financial reviews.
- ** Process Improvement**: Embrace the opportunity to identify areas for process improvement within the accounts payable function. Your innovative ideas will help streamline procedures, enhance automation, and implement best practices to boost efficiency and accuracy

**Core Capabilities You Need**:

- General accounting knowledge
- Ability to provide accurate output within assigned deadlines
- Good proficiency with Excel and Microsoft office
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Previous exposure to a medium/large ERP system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- 2+ years Accounts Payable experience preferable
