Due to significant growth and implementation of a new ERP, we have **4** exciting new **10-month fixed term roles** available and are on the lookout for exceptional Accounts Payable team members
The Accounts Administrator Support role will primarily support pre-go-live data cleansing, to support data migration and system cut over. The role will also be responsible for supporting Accounts Payable functions across Finance from processing and payments to queries and reconciliations.
**Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead you’ll be responsible for but not limited to: -**
- Reconciling outstanding invoices and credits in preparation for SAP cutover.
- Reconciling variances between system data.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve reconciling items.
- Ensuring accurate invoicing is in place for members and suppliers.
- Providing daily, weekly, and monthly aged creditor reporting.
- Completing daily bank payment processing.
- Uploading and maintain monthly charges and re-charges.
- Manage invoices disputes and accurately pay suppliers.
- Providing support to the wider finance team as requested.
**Experience and Capabilities Required**:
- Extensive experience working in a busy and effective accounts payable function.
- Business Process skills.
- Good working knowledge of Procure to Pay functions.
- Good working knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA)
- Large multi-site Accounts Payable experience.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Confident, Professional phone manner with good understanding of the English language.
- Facilitation skills.
