Are you interested in influencing the direction of a major property portfolio?
The Property Programme Co-ordinator is an exciting new role within the Property Strategy & Planning team.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Strategy & Planning team through the provision of high-quality coordination services to enable effective and efficient workflow management and project/programme delivery.

This is an existing opportunity for someone who would like to be involved in the influence of the direction of a major property portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Programme/ Project Coordination experience in large and complex organisations.
  • Tertiary degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Influencing continuous improvement across the project delivery lifecycles; especially in an PRINCE2 context.
  • Contributing a culture of collaboration and cross functional integration.
  • Communicating with a wide range of audiences on a range of complex issues.
  • Able to build and maintain a range of effective business relationships within an organisation and a wide network of professional relationships across organisations.
  • Understanding of Government project management principles and offerings.
  • Experience working in a highpaced environment where you are required to influence and respond to changing needs and priorities.
  • Providing written reports and presentations to a high standard.
  • Coordinating multiple tasks across multiple projects to deadline
  • Communicating with a wide range of audiences on complex issues.
  • Understanding of public sector systems and processes,
  • Experience in working with other agencies, service providers and key stakeholders.
  • Exercises sound judgement and political sensitivity.
  • Be flexible, adaptable and pragmatic.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus.
  • An understanding of financial budgeting/planning and forecasting.
  • Strong administration and writing skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and effective problem solving.
  • Selfmanaging, can work independently and take the initiative.
  • A flexible, adaptable approach to your work.
  • Familiarity with Te Reo Māori is desirable.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $71,720 and $93,658 based on skills and experience.
