Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
Do you have an interest in helping students undertake a rewarding global experience?

If so, you will thrive in an exciting opportunity as an International Mobility Officer. You will play a pivotal role as part of the dynamic and progressive International Relations Office (IRO) team.

The success of the IRO is ensuring the diverse needs of students are at the forefront of all planning and decision making.


Your focus in this role will be to provide excellent customer service to students as you support the International Mobility team on the administration of Study Abroad and inbound and outbound student exchanges between the University and its overseas partners.


Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have 4 years' experience in a general office support role. You will have exceptional organisational and administrative skills and attention to detail.

You will have experience in interacting with a tertiary environment, along with the ability to provide accurate and clear information on processes and requirements.

You will have outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service focus and ability to relate to a wide range of people.

It is important you have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively within a range of social media networks. Knowledge of website maintenance is also preferred. You will have demonstrated experience in managing competing workload priorities
