The Role

Based in Henderson and reporting to the NZ Operations Manager, this is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced warehouse operator ready to grow into a leadership role.

As Senior Warehouse Operator, you'll play a key part in our day-to-day distribution activities while also taking on responsibilities that will stretch and develop your leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example in warehouse operations (receiving, dispatch, inventory, safety)
  • Supporting and mentoring team members, stepping into leadership tasks as required
  • Contributing ideas to improve efficiency, safety, and teamwork
  • Playing a key part in our succession planning for future leadership opportunities

About You

  • Warehouse and distribution experience (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
