**Position Overview**:
The Senior Advisor to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational effectiveness by providing secure implemented counsel and support to the COO. This position involves collaborating closely with the COO to facilitate informed decision-making, driving key initiatives, and fostering well nurtured relationships internally.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide strategic advice and insights to the COO to enhance decision-making processes.
- Work with the leadership team to achieve operation targets on behalf of the COO.
- Conduct research, gather data, and perform analyses to support key initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and alignment leadership team.
- Manage communication with external stakeholders on behalf of the COO when required.
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, ensuring agendas are aligned with strategic priorities.
- Represent the COO in meetings and events as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a strategic advisory role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
