**What you’ll do**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the Operations Support team.
- Oversee all events for Te Whānau o Waipareira and our partners.
- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and best practices.
- Maintain robust quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Craft and update company policies to keep them current and effective.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic policy development.
- Lead complex projects from start to finish.
- Implement systems and processes for operational excellence.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a focus on H&S, quality practices, and policy development.
- Proven senior project management experience.
- Strong understanding of systems and process development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Dedication to Te Reo me ngā Tikanga Māori.
