Oxygen Air is one of New Zealand's go-to heat pump and air conditioning specialists, installing the big names like Panasonic, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Electric, Carrier, and Haier. We're busy (in a good way), we're growing fast, and our Highbrook team needs a customer service superstar to help keep everything running smoothly.

What the job is about

You'll be the friendly voice that customers hear first — answering calls, booking service visits, scheduling sales appointments and keeping our techs and consultants organised. Some days fly by with non-stop bookings; other days bring interesting questions, happy customers, and plenty of laughs with the team.

No HVAC knowledge? No problem — we'll teach you.

What you'll be doing

Booking service technicians and sales consultants into customer homes

Calling warm leads to lock in service appointments

Keeping calendars and jobs running smoothly (you'll be the hero that stops double-bookings)

Updating the CRM — nothing complicated, training provided

Following up customers with friendly reminders & excellent service

Working with a supportive crew who have your back
