Receptionist – Blenheim Office - Part time (20 hours per week)

We are seeking a part time receptionist to join our Blenheim . As the first point of contact for clients, this role is central to providing outstanding service and high-level support to our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including enquiries, office supplies, and general coordination.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, preparing marketing material, and drafting Sale and Purchase Agreements.
