Bower Real Estate is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to take the reins across our Katikati and Ōmokoroa branches—home to some of the Bay of Plenty's most respected agents. In this role, you'll:

  • Lead and energise a high-performing sales team with hands-on mentoring and day-to-day support
  • Be a trusted coach—guiding new and experienced agents to hit goals and unlock potential
  • Deliver onboarding and training for new agents entering the industry
  • Help shape and drive a strong culture built on teamwork, performance, and integrity
  • Play a key role in growing both offices—spotting emerging talent and bringing great people into the fold
  • Collaborate with like-minded professionals who care about people, results, and doing things right

What you bring:

  • Current real estate license preferred and strong track record in sales
  • Leadership instincts—you're someone others naturally turn to for advice, clarity, and motivation
  • A passion for growing people and building future stars of the industry
  • A proactive, strategic mindset and a confident, approachable style
  • Knowledge of the Bay of Plenty market is a plus, but not essential
