We're looking for a part time weekend Receptionist extraordinaire with a fantastic, positive, can-do attitude and a great sense of humour to join our lovely team working Sundays and every second Saturday.

The Anchorage Lifestyle Village is part of the Hopper Living Group. Hoppers is a family-owned and run company formed in 1956, well known for its expertise in creating comprehensively planned lifestyle developments.

The Anchorage Lifestyle Village is a developing village on the stunning waterways of Marsden Cove,  approximately 35 minutes south of Whangarei.

Qualifications & experience

  • Empathy and understanding
  • Ability to multi-task and jump in when required
  • Accurate word processing skills and a high level of communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • A high level of organization and efficiency is required to run our front-of-house.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • To Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors that exceed their expectations.
  • To support the day-to-day management & compliance of the village by following policies and procedures based on legislation as working documents.
  • To assist village administration including data entry & efficient processing of information.
  • To maintain and promote a professional approach at all times, fostering positive working relationships.
  • To assist in maintaining an immaculate village environment - some cleaning may be required as part of the roll.
  • Uphold professional standards & development and adhere to Health & Safety policy at all times.
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy front-of-house position.
