About the role
This full-time Inside Sales Account Management role with a well-established and successful IT Solutions provider located in Mount Wellington. They're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Account Management professional to lead customer engagement and drive customer relationship growth, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximising revenue opportunities. You will also be responsible for supplier engagement and the procurement of products and services (ConnectWise is the CRM that is used). analysis and preparation of reports, preparation of quotes & proposals, general presales and working with the technical team to create roadmaps for your customers. There are excellent systems and processes in place to provide you with the framework you need to operationally perform well in this role plus a great team to learn from.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proactively identify new revenue opportunities and win new business through effective account management and cross-selling
- Pre Sales including preparation of quotes & proposals, working with the technical team to create roadmaps for your customers, maintain and manage sales i
- Provide regular progress updates and reporting to senior management

What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in an IT Inside Sales Account Management role or similar, ideally within the IT & Cloud Services industry
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills to drive profitable customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, such as ConnectWise, to effectively manage customer information and sales activities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Highly self-managed with exceptional attention to detail
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
