We are seeking an enthusiastic Counter Sales Person to join our Tuam Street team This is a dynamic role with opportunity to grow

Trade sales experience or electrical product knowledge would be advantageous, however if you have a passion for sales, customer service excellence and are willing to learn - we would love to hear from you.

Duties on our Counter include:

  • Answering phone and email queries from customers
  • Assisting customers with sales orders and returns
  • Raising quotes and processing customer orders
  • Product research and communication with suppliers
  • Exceptional customer service at our trade counter when needed
  • Presenting, promoting, and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Educating yourself and our customers on the newest products and solutions in the market.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week (between the hours of 7.30am and 5.00pm)
  • Saturday mornings (on a rostered basis, usually 1 in every 4 weeks)

  • Ability to multitask and manage task effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A can-do, positive attitude and a smart approach to problem-solving
  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn and use systems
