We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Person to join our team You will be the first point of contact for our Customers & Sales Team providing essential support to the Belfast Branch.

Electrical product knowledge or previous electrical wholesaler experience would be advantageous, however if you have a passion for customer service excellence and are willing to learn, we would love to hear from you.

Duties include:

  • Answering phone and email queries from customers
  • Assisting customers with sales orders and returns
  • Raising quotes and processing customer orders
  • Providing sales administration support (supporting our Sales Representatives)
  • Product research and communication with suppliers
  • Exceptional customer service at our trade counter when needed

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week (hours between 7.30am and 5.00pm)
  • Saturday mornings (on a rostered basis, usually 1 in every 4 weeks)

  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn and use systems
