Trade Account Manager – Mitre 10 Mega Rotorua

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Trade Account Manager with proven experience in the trade sector to help grow our Trade & Retail business. You'll play a key role in strengthening relationships with our valued trade customers, driving sales, and delivering exceptional service. Your understanding of trade operations and ability to connect with industry professionals will be essential to your success in this role.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 45 hours per weekand reporting directly to the Rotorua Store Manager & Trade Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and grow existing account customer relationships
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking and referrals
  • Conduct regular site visits to understand customer needs
  • Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge
