With new stages underway in Harrow Green and Birchs Green, and more potential subdivisions in the future, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and help shape the next chapter of our developments.


This is a contractor position with flexible hours, averaging approximately 40 hours over seven days, and offers an uncapped commission structure.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers across our subdivisions.
  • Guide clients from their initial consultation through to project completion, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Provide timely updates and respond promptly to client enquiries.
  • Understand client needs and confidently present our home designs, features, and specifications.
  • Host and manage Kevler Showhomes on a rostered schedule (including weekends).
  • Attend internal meetings and activities as required to stay aligned with project and company updates.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of leads, prospects, and communications within our internal systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support sales growth.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, design, and construction teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Confidently speak on camera when required for home introductions, feature showcases, or marketing content.

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience in a customer-facing role is essential, while any background in real estate, residential construction, or property development will be a bonus (but not required).
  • A bubbly, welcoming, and customer-focused personality; someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people.
  • Strong communicator with great people skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Honest, reliable, detail-focused, and calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work in evenings / weekends if required, as showhome hosting is a key part of the role.
