**Property Consultant**Join our Wellington Property Consulting team and play a key role in helping the Property & Buildings sector meet its objectives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on assisting with tasks relating to the acquisition, disposal, survey and legalisation of properties for a variety of clients, including government departments, agencies, and councils.

Collaborating with our team of 40 professionals, your knowledge of the Public Works Act and relevant legislation with bring valuable insight.

**About you:**

  • A relevant property, legal, or related tertiary qualification.
  • Preferably a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a related property or legal discipline.
  • Knowledge of relevant NZ standards, legislation, and practices, particularly the Public Works Act 1981 would be beneficial
  • Experience and confidence in dealing with property owners and a variety of property professionals, including surveyors, valuers, lawyers, and accredited agents.
  • Client relationship experience and client centric focus.
