About the Role
As Manager Regional Account Logistics as part of our Immunisation team in Prevention, this fixed-term, full-time role, you will provide strategic leadership and operational management of the national immunisation distribution and logistics functions for Health New Zealand. Ensure consistent, reliable and efficient delivery of all vaccines ordered via the National Inventory Portal and provide business leadership of the National Inventory Portal digital platform.
The duration of this fixed-term is 12 months.

About you
You are able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with people at all levels within the public and private sectors, related industry and community interest groups and the wider national and international communities. You demonstrate self-awareness of your impact on people and invest in your own leadership practice to continuously grow and improve. You will have.
- A relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification
- Experience in implementing Te Tiriti o Waitangi in action
- 3+ years' experience leading national immunisation logistics and distribution programmes and teams
- Extensive knowledge of the National Inventory Portal digital platform, with the ability to train others
- Extensive knowledge of the current national immunisation logistics and distribution standards, policies and procedures
- High level engagement and communication skills
- Ability to liaise across all levels of the national immunisation programme from senior executives to operational staff
- Emotional intelligence and ability to work in complex and stressful environments, with a wide range of diverse stakeholders
- Proficient computer literacy including Microsoft packages
