**Job Description: This is a hard-working role essentially needed in logistics industry, Logistics Manager is required to strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.**

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following**:

- ** Strategically plan and coordinate freight shipments and manage warehouse, transportation and customer service**
- ** Updating shipping status, releasing documents to agents, clients, MPI, Carries, Lines, and Ports**
- ** Streamlining work processes to reduce cost**
- ** Ensure delivery service experience, quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs are met with company commitments**
- ** Analysing logístical patterns and industry trends to predict and develop new products**
- ** Liaising and managing suppliers, contractors, products, clients, and other stockholders**
- ** Communicate with clients and provide costs quotation**
- ** Promote and market existing products through online and offline channels**
- ** Resolve and arising problems and complaints**
- ** Ensure all products and services are complied with laws and regulations**
- **
- ** At least 5 years of experienced in Fright industry and international E-commerce business OR/**
- ** A Diploma certificate in logistic**
- ** Must be able to handle business working environment and be able to multi-tasking**
- ** Strong communication skills, preferably English and Chinese**
- ** Knowledge in EDI Cargowise system
