What You'll Do

  • Lead commercial performance across Asia, delivering profitable growth and market expansion.
  • Work hand in hand with our Distributors to continue to drive sales outcomes with clear KPIs and structured reviews.
  • Unlock opportunities across traditional, emerging, and digital channels.
  • Oversee China WFOE operations with full budget and P&L responsibility.
  • Inspire and develop a high-performing team in China.
  • Travel across the region to strengthen partnerships, train trade partners, and grow key accounts.
  • Harness AI tools to forecast, analyse, and map opportunities for smarter decision-making.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience across diverse or remote teams.
  • Strong commercial expertise in FMCG, wine/spirits, or premium consumer goods.
  • Distributor management success with measurable outcomes.
  • Regional knowledge of Asia's varied commercial and regulatory environments.
  • Financial acumen with P&L and budget management skills.
  • Tech-savvy with AI, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
  • Mandarin or Korean language skills would be a bonus (but not essential).
