McCallum Industries is looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer & Business Support to join our team in Henderson.
This diverse, people-focused role spans multiple areas of the business. You'll engage directly with our end consumers and key retail partners, cover reception and order processing, support donation send-outs, and coordinate key internal functions — all while helping to foster a positive and supportive team culture.
Ideal for someone with experience in reception, customer service or executive assistance. This role blends frontline communication with behind-the-scenes coordination.
Consumer & Customer Query Management
Act as the first point of contact for consumer product-related queries and customer/retailer order and dispatch queries, overseeing each case through to end-to-end resolution.
Respond to emails, calls, social media messages and retailer portal communication with professionalism, care, and empathy.
Work cross-functionally with our quality, marketing, production, and warehouse teams to investigate and resolve issues promptly.
Record, track, and share consumer and customer feedback to support ongoing quality and process improvements.
Reception & Order Processing Cover
Provide front-desk and order processing cover, including day-to-day break cover and occasional leave or holiday cover. This includes greeting and assisting visitors and couriers, answering and directing calls and emails, managing mail and deliveries, entering or checking customer and retailer orders, and assisting with general administrative tasks to help maintain smooth office operations.
Business & Admin Support
Coordinate internal events, from team conferences to culture and engagement initiatives.
Maintain internal communication channels and share regular updates with the wider team.
Support donations, stock movements, and administrative needs across departments.
Assist with onboarding and induction activities for new team members.
Role Specifics
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8.30am-5pm | On site only
Closed for public holidays only. Open all standard days, including days between Christmas and New Year public holidays.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in reception or customer service roles.
Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with people at all levels.
A high level of organisation, attention to detail, and time management.
A proactive, friendly approach and the ability to juggle priorities.
Comfortable working across multiple systems including Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM platforms.
