About the opportunity:

We're growing and are on the lookout for a motivated and passionate individual to join our diverse team as a Business Systems Analyst. You will have the opportunity to be the bridge between our development team and our clients in New Zealand's exciting energy market.

Key responsibilities:

• Conceptual Expertise - Contribute to innovative projects by applying conceptual thinking and generating fresh ideas to enhance our offerings
• Customer Connection - Serve as a key liaison, introducing the Robotron energy market platform to customers and providing expert advice on our products
• Solution Shaping - Identify new requirements, mapping them to existing or new functions and processes, ensuring continuous development aligned with customer needs
• Operational Support - Assist clients in customising and optimising business processes, taking charge of on-site responsibilities
• Technical Proficiency - Demonstrate the ability to perform minor programmatic adjustments and configurations independently or guide our development team effectively
• Educational Workshops - Conduct workshops covering the Robotron energy market platform and product-independent specialist topics within the energy sector

About you:

• Educational Background- Degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or business studies (with a focus on the energy industry)
• Soft Skills- Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and exceptional analytical abilities
• Independence– Ability to structure tasks, manage time and work independently
• Industry Knowledge - Essential understanding of the energy industry and the legal framework of the energy market
• Technical Competence - Experience in modelling software systems, coupled with knowledge of relational databases and PL/SQL
• Language Proficiency - German language skills are considered an advantage
• Travel Flexibility- Willingness to travel within New Zealand as required
