They are currently implementing a broader digital strategy to improve operational efficiency and support smarter decision-making across the business, and are seeking a Business Analyst to support a range of initiatives.

About the role:

This is a fixed-term opportunity (3-6 months) suited to someone with strong business analysis skills, who can work across both business and technical teams to deliver practical outcomes. In this role, you'll engage with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the delivery of technology-enabled solutions. You'll be involved in gathering and documenting requirements, analysing processes and systems, and helping to ensure that solutions are fit for purpose and well-integrated across teams. While this role sits within a wider technology and transformation space, it is business-facing and will suit someone who can bridge the gap between operational needs and technical capabilities.

About you:

  • Solid business analysis experience, ideally within medium-to-large organisations
  • Systems knowledge and confidence working with digital tools and platforms
  • Experience in Information Systems (IS) or working closely with IT teams
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • The ability to work across varied business areas, translating needs into actionable requirements
  • Experience supporting change or transformation initiatives
