What You'll Do

Our IT team provides project and operations IT systems support across the PSC group with operations across a number of different countries. This role will be reporting to, and working closely with, the Global IT Manager.

This role will offer a diverse range of work and provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to hone and grow their technical skills, while also getting an in-depth understanding of the ins and outs of a wide range of technology products. You'll be responsible for system development and administration of Microsoft 365 Technologies, systems support, including servers, desktops, virtualisation, mobile devices, network and peripheral hardware through proactive monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and escalation when appropriate.

What You'll Bring

Technical Delivery

• Proven track record delivering IT support and projects independently, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, operating systems, software, and peripherals.

Systems & Platforms Expertise

• Advanced expertise in Intune, Mobile Device Management, Exchange, and SharePoint.
• SharePoint, Microsoft PowerApps (Power BI, Power Automate), and PowerShell scripting for Microsoft app management essential.

Business Analysis & Solutions

• Experienced IT business analyst, partnering with business units to design and implement technical solutions aligned with company objectives.
• Adept at analysing system requirements and facilitating technical solutions to meet evolving business needs.
