Process and Compliance Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Process and Compliance Coordinator to oversee FSC compliance and manage the invoicing process within our wood products manufacturing operations. This role will ensure adherence to FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) and EUDR (European Union Deforestation-free Regulation) standards, as well as phytosanitary systems. It will also help to ensure efficient and accurate supply chain processes and will continuously improve the invoicing workflow. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in training staff on these processes. You would also play an important role in enhancing Claymark's systems and elevating our Timbersmart activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations meet FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) standards, EUDR and company standards, manage internal audits, and work with external auditors.
- Support phytosanitary tracking systems and ensure compliance with financial controls.
- Oversee and improve the invoicing workflow, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Develop and standardize processes and eventually train staff.
- Educate staff on invoicing procedures, process offsite production data and generate regular quarterly compliance reports.
- Administer invoicing and related processes including; raising purchase orders, checking invoices, loading export orders, maintaining credit resister.
Take ownership of co-ordinating the sales of Vaughan Road primed downfall – liaising with sales and despatch to get the product moved for the best possible return.
Coordinate stocktakes, monitor offsite stock, and manage export and domestic invoicing.
About You

- Prior knowledge of FSC certification and sustainability practices.
- Proven experience improving invoicing workflows and collaborating with finance teams.
- Excellent communication skills to educate diverse teams about complex compliance issues.
