About the Role

As our Account Manager, you'll be the friendly face of Busy Bees for our valued clients. You'll conduct quality audits of our cleaning franchisees, provide constructive feedback and training, and ensure our services consistently meet customer expectations. You'll also play a key role in growing our business by quoting new opportunities, seeking referrals, and identifying leads.

This is a dynamic role that combines relationship management, operational oversight, and business development. You'll enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to contribute ideas that improve how we work and serve our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries and concerns
  • Conducting service quality audits and delivering consumables during site visits
  • Updating client records and notes in our CRM system
  • Providing feedback and follow-up support to franchisees
  • Promoting additional services to existing clients and nearby businesses
  • Preparing quotes for new business and following up on referrals
  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements

  • Comfortable working directly with clients and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Quick learner who adapts easily to new systems and processes
  • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work independently and manage changing priorities

It would be desirable if you also have:

  • Experience in account management or client relationship roles
  • Familiarity with auditing and providing performance feedback
  • Experience in pricing and quoting services

In return, you'll be given full training, a laptop, phone and a car for business use, in addition to the ability to work in a hybrid role from Monday to Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm.
