We are looking for two self-driven individuals who are interested in joining a well-established Property Management Team with an immediate start. Full training will be provided to any individual who is looking to take up this new role.

The duties include but are not limited to:

- Property Letting
- Property inspections
- Monitoring rent arrears/accounts management
- Rental appraisals
- Preparation and execution of tenancy documents
- Attend routine inspections

**Requirements**:

- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 1986

- Outstanding organizational, problem solving and time management skills
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with confidence

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your property management career with a successful office and a dedicated team of passionate property professionals.

We are looking for 2 Property Managers who can start immediately.

We offer:

- Minimum 30 hours per week
- Pay rate $30 per hour.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
