Which is fitting as we're not a regular agency (comms, advertising) but a talent agency, looking after a roster of sports, social and everything in between influencers, primarily via social media collaborations.

We're looking for someone to work in a small team (you must be a self-starter and extra motivated) with a flair for building and maintaining strong relationships, as a proactive talent/celebrity agent, responsible for juggling multiple client briefs with a focus on influencer marketing.

Our top pick will have a presence in the boardroom and can work under pressure with excellent organisational skills, exceptional punctuality and timekeeping.

Process must be a key driver - if you aren't process driven then you will find the pace and the role difficult.  So sticklers for a tidy spreadsheet and WIP doc is where it's at here.

A solid understanding of social media and influencer marketing is essential, account management or sales experience is preferred, and administration skills are a must.

Tertiary qualification preferred. Sales experience is an advantage.

To be successful in this role you must also possess a full, clean NZ-qualified driver licence and NZ residency.
