Under the banner of driving excellence, Continental Cars sales and after-sales departments of the same state-of-the-art facilities and industry-leading service and solutions delivered by highly trained staff. **About the Role and Responsibilities** Continental Cars - Audi is a highly successful business looking for an experience Warranty Administrator to join their Service Team. This role will see you prepare warranty claims to accurately reflect the work completed and to fully maximise the amount that we are entitled to claim ensuring that all manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures are always fully adhered to. You will also be responsible for liaising with the manufacturer's warranty department and ensure that all warranty records and audit trails are maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's standards. As their new Warranty Administrator, you will be reporting to the Service Manager, your primary duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Prepare and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines and policies - Maximise return on all warranty claims - Prepare and submit prior work approvals and goodwill requests - Maintenance of warranty parts store, include tagging, storage and disposal as required. - Preparation and returning of parts to manufacturers as requested - Review and report on the status of open warranty repair orders to management - Reconcile claims submitted & reimbursements received from manufacturers and providing explanations for variances - Identify and report on warranty audit risks - Maintain good relationships with the manufacturer warranty department **About you**: To be successful in your new role you'll have/be: - Prior franchised dealer warranty experience - Strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Have a close attention to detail in preparing invoices, warranty claims and managing recalls - Have a strong administration background - Have the ability to work autonomously - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - A strong work ethic and a "CAN DO" attitude **Hours of Work** **Benefits** Further to that, we've got an in-house training team to help you upskill through technical, business, and life skills modules, delivered in person and online - and career pathways that you can follow to get you to the next step in your career.
