We are looking for an experienced and proactive minded Revenue Accountant to join a fast-growing organisation in the private healthcare sector. This is a pivotal role focused on enhancing complex revenue streams, strengthening accuracy, and redesigning processes during an ongoing integration of two operating models. Your work will directly support the organisation to scale with confidence, improving how revenue is captured, billed, and reported across multiple business units.

The business currently manages a variety of revenue types with differing pricing structures, and the business is currently going through a change period. You will bring structure and process to this area, and be able map out what the current process will look like, and continually be looking to improve the way the business does things.

You must be someone who can take initiative and identify revenue leakages, and be someone who can embrace technology as there is a lot of improvements that can be made in this space. You must also be comfortable to get your hands dirty in the process as this role is responsible for raising invoices.

Key areas for this role are:

  • Leading process mapping and end-to-end redesign of revenue workflows
  • Lifting data integrity and ensuring billing reflects current contracts and amendments
  • Standardising revenue processes across two previously separate businesses
  • Working closely with existing revenue staff to uplift capability and consistency
  • Overseeing invoicing, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition
  • Developing WIP reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting support
  • Driving cross-departmental communication and supporting change implementation

You'll be an accomplished senior accountant with a strong background in revenue, billing, or project-based accounting, supported by a track record of improving processes. You communicate confidently with non-financial stakeholders, operate autonomously, and bring sound judgement to complex or ambiguous situations.

Experience with systems improvement or data integration will set you up well, and this role is equally suited to someone established at this level or a candidate seeking a strong development step.
