Our client is dominating the Manawatu and Wellington markets and quickly becoming a well-known name in the Traffic Management industry. Due to rapid growth, our client now requires an experienced Accounts and Sales Manager. As experts in all things traffic management, our client is passionate about keeping our community safe while operating within a staff focused business.

**Overview**:
In this role you will report directly to the General Manager and alongside the company Directors you will be a key part of the business’s success. Knowledge in Traffic Management or Civil Construction is preferred but not essential. You will bring with you a background in Account and Sales Management and be able to build strong relationships with existing and new cliental. Understand upcoming projects and increase revenue by building strong relationships with businesses they service.

**Responsibilities**:
Account Management
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact with clients and passing on feedback to Operations Manager and General Manager.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports to the General Manager

Sales
- Deliver Sales Budgets for each respective quarter.
- Develop and implement an ongoing sales strategy and client portfolio.
- Contribute to the strategy, planning, and execution of the business goals alongside the Senior Management/Leadership team.
- Forecasting latest trends, and being pro-active in market research and networking and ensuring Business Development

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills at all levels - oral, written, and presentation.
- Experience in Sales/Account Management, ideally 3+ years previous experience.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Computer literate.
- Implement system for management of existing accounts and new business.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently or with a team.

**Days and Hours**:
You will be required on site Monday to Friday, and your hours of work will be between 7am - 5pm, however there may be times you are required outside of these hours.
